Swedish design excels in . . . making coffee!

Well, it seems as though the Swedish penchant for independent-thinking-in-design has won converts among the world's best baristi. The new Presso espresso tamper is upsetting the world-heavyweight-champion Reg Barber (of England) in it's Tamper Shootout debut.
I found these quotes about the new design particularly intriguing:
"The designer specifically avoided looking at existing tampers when making this model, instead relying on interviews with some of the best Baristi in Sweden and Scandinavia for inspiration."
"... when you see a Presso model, you can see a lot of subtle originality in the design."
Follow the link to read the entire write-up (4 sections). But I suggest you brew up a double, first. (Why do you think I'm up at this time of the morning anyway?)
And now I'd like to curse our very own Jason 0W-40 for clueing me in that a site like this even existed (hey, I don't need another reason to be on the computer when I should be out riding!!) Thanks pal; may all your pulls be doubles.
