Confusing with a rental

My friend said he sat there for a few minutes deciphering how everything worked with the auto box controls before taking off. His wife was heckling him to get moving and offered to take over the controls for him.

He briefly thought of accepting her offer since she is a recent immigrant from Germany, and the Audi is a German car, but thought better of it.

The Park button is the strangest item. Too many years of pushing a lever into a strongly detented end position to secure the car in Park. An electric push button may keep all the lawyers busy.
