Well... how did my Hirsh powered 9-5 Compare.
1. Off the line:
Clearly the slowest.
2. Mid range acceleration:
Right around what the STi delivers and a bit slower then the S4, but not much. To Volvo was very poor at this! The Evo9 OK, the STi and S4s fun.
3. Mountain driving:
Certainly does not corner like the other AWD cars, but that was only a problem in the tight turns.
4. Freeway driving:
Only the S4 and the STi are faster in terms of acceleration.
5. Ride quality:
My 9-5 has a Hirsh suspension which is hard, it feels just like the Volvo S60R in the advanced mode all the time. But it is less bad then a STi or a Evo9.
6. Altitude:
No mistery, the 9-5 engine remains the best a altitude money can buy, it shows in the good fuel efficiency and power at altitude, only the spool up takes a bit longer but then my Aero goes like always. For this the Audi was the worst... you could feel the power being down quite a bit.
Regards,
Coolknight
