is an art and a science. At Saturn engineering, we'd have serviceability reps at every engineering meeting. This is something that must be planned out ahead, not as an afterthought and I believe Saturns have been very good this way, and probably the rest of GM and perhaps the other domestics too. Domestic buyers at lower price points don't tolerate high part replacement costs like the European cars have!
