Especially if you've had it since new and know the car's history. The 2004 and newer 9-5's have proven to be very reliable cars. I would much prefer a 2005 9-5 over a new Malibu. But I do agree some of the newer cars GM is coming out with are very much improved. We had a Buick Enclave SUV thing for a rental and it seemed very well put together and solid with a pretty nice interior for an American car.
