That fairing was only standard on the CBX, optional on the CB900Fs and V65 Magna's. Very pretty A V65 is a great example of why BMW had to develop the Paralever torque canceling rear swing arm.
Hadda' chance to buy brand new "non current" white CBX, '82ish IIRC, for only $2,500 back in '85. If it woulda' been the gray one.....
