Obviously you want to know what you're getting into mechanically but be very careful about the title. If it's owned by a company, make sure it hasn't had it's assets seized or been sold. Get the VIN number and call the Secretray of State to see if there are any liens on the car that aren't on the title. If it's an out of state title call that state and find out their policy on liens. I can't help think there's something fishy with this deal, don't let the prospect of owning a 911 (I've always wanted one myself) make you gloss over the details.

When I was a dealer I bought more than a few cars that had sit for long periods. They all ended needing a lot of work (especially gaskets of all kinds) as I started driving them. None of them had sat as long as the Porsche. Let us know what you find.
