I saw that before and found it confusing and perhaps a little arbitrary. Not all brands are listed, and then where do they fall? are they between the top 10 and bottom 10? or was there not enough data and therefore they fall in between the layers pushing some brands down the ladder?

Eg SAAB is not mentioned, but it would fall right in line with Volvo and Audi/VW for rust resistance (in my observation anyway). What about Jaguar? etc...

Note also that Honda and Toyota rate pretty highly in this chart, but rust pretty easily around here. Maybe this is a year dependent thing, as the newer ones don't seem so bad so far... but we won't know for 10 years... well except for mazdas that last about 3-5 years... ha!
