Difference between stage 3 and 4 SQR?

Thanks for the info. I have read that the Stage 3 was "designed" for an OEM clutch/pp, yet I read some guys still have problems with slip. Also, I can't see any consensus whether an uprated clutch with stock PP helps? I'm trying to talk myself into just getting a stage 3 (the word "just" sounds silly). I hate to think that I may me missing out on not getting a stage 4:
1) Has anyone started with a stage 3 then went to a stage 4? What was your impression?
2) I was planning on getting a high flow intercooler, but if I go with the stage 3 is it a waste of money? Will it mess with the Stage 3 mapping?
3) If I go with a stage 3, should I just get the KN drop in and not go with the open air eliminating the OEM air box?
4) Anyone have something positive to say about an uprated clutch with oem pp solution?
I have a 96' AERO.
Please help the blind see...
