I promised several folks to follow up on these upgrades that were added to my 2000 Viggen.
The Quaife is fantastic, I can still spin the tires but it's not as easy to do and I get traction much quicker. No more smoking the tires at highway speeds it just hooks up and goes. The car feels and is faster because I'm not spending so much time looking for traction. This should have been standard on the Viggen.

The Swedish Dynamics Ceramic/Iron clutch feels just like the stock viggen clutch in operation and provides a very positive link to the gear box. Initially it was grabby and required some extra care, now after break-in the only time you notice it's aggressive nature is if you try to rush the clutch and don't have enough throttle. Engagement is smooth and positive.

The Eibach Pro springs lowers the car the least of all the after market springs, more attractive for the street IMHO. They are not too stiff either, a big improvement over the stock viggen springs. I can confirm what a few folks had reported to me before the install, I scrape the curbs a lot less than the stock set up. Even though the car is physically lower the Eibach's keep it off the ground.

The Koni shocks/struts, these are worth the price! This is the topic that I received the most questions about. First, the full soft setting is too soft for the Eibachs. The 2nd setting provides a ride that is much nicer than stock but also improves the handling. Setting #3 is where the ride comes closer to stock but the handling improvement is significant.

The combination of the new springs and shocks are more progressive in nature over the factory setup and the car leans and pitches a lot less. So the small bumps are handled better than stock. With the Koni's set at #3 the medium size bumps feel more like the stock shocks and the large bumps are a bit harsher than stock. It is hard to do a comparison, suffice to say this setup is more progressive where the stock setup is more linear in response. But the handling is so much better it is hard to quantify the difference between the two.
I have kept the Koni's set on #3 and have not tried the 4th and stiffest setting yet, I'll save that for a track day. I did end up taking off my 19mm (Abbott) rear anti-roll bar and put in a 22mm bar instead. I still had some understeer with the 19mm bar, where as with the 22mm bar the handling is effectively neutral.
Well that's that, next is the cat back exhaust and finally an ECU.
