900 ECU not designed for richer mixture under boost, not safe. Poor mileage could be o2 sensor or air meter, maybe throttle switch, cant blame injs and regulatr until other items are found functioning well. have passed pretty tight urban emissions easily with 900 ECU Bosch 2.2, turbo injectors and 3 bar fuel before changing to turbo ECU. Bosch 2.4 is supposed to be better for running out of range of design though.
Your mileage may vary, literally, but the car is driven with a clear air-quality conscience and gets pretty good mileage too!
