Jak helped me figure out the wastegate was blowing open at 4500rpm, and I had the base boost adjusted low at 4psi... Now its at 9psi and I added a wastegate heavier spring and its a beast!!! It now holds 23psi of boost on the highway for a very long time and holds power close to redline... I will get it back on the dyno and see whats up... If it followed the power curve as shown above, it would top out about 330hp.... We will see... I will post in a couple of weeks when I get it re-dynoed... I am one happy camper!!! She is a monster!!! someone say gas mileage??? I told Jak about it, my mileage went up!!! That is right, with new turbo, my highway mileage went from a best ever of 21.3mpg to 25.1mpg... Nice... City and highway only about 2mpg gain, but a gain is a gain is a gain...
Jak Stoll makes monster rides out of Saabs!!! I recommend him highly...
He even put up with all my hundreds of questions... Nice guy...
