Right now I've got the engine built and sitting on a stand waiting for parts from Sweden. One of which is the custom SS manifold that this turbo will be bolted to. The engine and new trans will be dropped in my 2001 9-5 Aero. Cylinder head has been ported both intake and exhaust, Ti retainers, and heavy duty dual springs. I had a custom radiator made to give me more room up front. I wanted to get this done by the end of the year - merry Xmas to me - but it looks doubtful.
Targeting 500hp but we'll see what the dyno says after engine break-in. Maptun is writing me a custom program and the number should be achievable. And yes, the entire fuel delivery system will be upgraded too.
Glad to hear the black coating is holding up.
Here's a pic of the installed radiator if you were curious. :-)
