That problem report is consistant with fouled plugs. The breakdowm voltage of the plug gaps increases with voltage until the spark finds it easier to track through the deposits instead of jumping the gap. Too wide of a gap with clean plugs could do the same. So it would be good to check the plugs if only to rule out that cause.

Boost leaks will not change the mixture in a T5, so that would not be a cause. A leak in the hose from the TB to the MAP or FPR can throw off the mixture. You have probably gone to a higher pressure FPR. Perhaps the disturbed hose has a problem.

I do not know how one evals a bad cat, but the rear O2 sensor should throw a CEL for that and that would occur with normal off-boost driving.
