I don't know if this was an isolated incident, or is just a misunderstanding or something, but I have known Dave for almost 3 years and have not any negative experiences, or heard of anyone who has. He has taken the time to discuss and instruct me on many matters concerning my car, and has given both myself and many others great insight into both Saabs, and high performance auto engineering in general. He is one of the most knowlegeable, gifted, and friendly people I have met through this Saab community.

He is a regular on the board, and you should get in touch with him at Lesco or through e-mail, in person as soon as you can; none of us likes to see regular and established contributors on this board or any other bashed seemingly from nowhere, especially since it seems like you have not gotten back in touch with him to figure out what happened.

I am not saying you have't tried to get in touch with him, or anything, just that please try to follow up and put more thorough descriptions in the future, because I know that there are many people who will immediately become alarmed that Dave would act like that if there was ANYthing in his power that he could do to right things for you. He is a very good businessman, and is often much MUCH more than fair.

Let us know what happens and you reaction as it happens.

Didn't mean to vent on you or anything, just that Dave is one of my favorite people! 8)
