Hi guys,
While I was under inga this weekend replacing my rear shocks. I begain to have some questions about the upcoming spring upgrade that I'm planing. I'm using 16x7.5 rims with 205/50/16 tires and I get a little rubbing, I'm hoping that this is becuase the shocks were shot and the new shocks would get rid of that problem. I was thinking of using the sas lowering shocks but my car is pretty damn low as it is and I'm wondering if lowering it would be wise, especially with Chicago's woderfull potholes. Would it perhaps be wiser to use the springs ment for say 88and up spg or turbo. I recall reading that the shocks used in those models and years were a tad bit shorter. basically I'm looking for increased suspension performance without lowering to much. I do need the new springs as I'm pretty sure that mine are gone. Thanks for the help
Mike
