Ready for this... I'm also looking for shocks and called Bilstein today.
I was told that OEM Saab Sach/Boge is a better shock than the Touring Class by Bilstein. Also mentioned was that the HD model is tuned for that car so if you were looking for a stiffer ride, go with the HD's. Otherwise to stick with OEM and pass on the TC's.. Although all this was in reference to a C900.
