Well...the car is a 9000 Aero (w/ T25 - not TD04) it has a 3" turbo-back exhaust and K&N filter, and stock software on the stock Automatic trans ECU but the car is now a 5 speed. The dyno sheet that I have posted was showing that the car was running a little rich at higher rpms - around 11.5:1 I haven't taken the cat off the car yet to inspect the damage and I am not totally sure if it melted down or if there was just some small chunks of the ceramic monolith that came loose (maybe due to the cat being bumped on something ????). I'll update you on weather I had total meltdown or just some loose chunks of ceramic core shooting out.
The car certainly doesn't seem to run rich, and it doesn't seem like there is any power loss that I would expect with a melted cat...so I'll try to figure out what the deal is as soon as its a little warmer out :-)
