Richard, this must be the tenth time you've asked the same thing, so I'm wondering if you're actually serious or just yanking our chains?
We've been trying to tell so many times that:
a) You don't need a bigger turbo for your performance goal.
b) ALL YOU NEED IS UPGRADED ECU SOFTWARE AND A BPC VALVE including hoses to wastegate. Since you now have the Saab BPC valve (I presume that's what you mean by "boost pressure controller") you just have to get a different software and you'll have plenty more power than the Aero.
The T25 turbo has no problems with 245+ HP. So forget the bigger turbo if all you want is 225 HP. It's a hassle and a waste of time and money.
c) Finally, no Saab 9000 has 180 HP or 205 HP. It's 170HP, 200HP and 225HP.
List of tuners that supply ECUs for the 2.3 T25:
Maptun - 245 HP ($699 at http://www.group9performance.com)
SQR - 244 HP
Nordic - 230 HP ($550 at http://www.genuinesaab.com)
Speedparts/BSR - 235 HP ($595 at http://www.engstrom.net)
