"AMM to plastic pipe" is special because it has what the after market industry calls humps, 2 accordion looking flexible ones on this hose for engine movement so it would be difficult to replace with silicone, it's 3 5/8" long and 2 3/8" on one end and 2 3/4" at the AMM. "Plastic pipe to turbo" is even more special as it has a provision for your turbo bypass valve and is a short/long 45 degree hose, it's 2 3/8" at both ends. "Turbo to hot side intercooler pipe" is just a 2 3/8" long straight 2" x 2" which is readily available in silicone. "Hot side intercooler pipe to intercooler" (on the '89 up ducting) is a 5" long 3 hump stepped 2" to 2 1/4" hose which may be available in silicone? "Intercooler to cold side elbow" is a 4.173" (106mm) long single hump hose that's 2 1/4" to 2 3/8" in diameter, I've used 2 1/4" but 2 3/8" would probably work better. "Cold side elbow to throttle body" is a real short 2.421" (61.5mm) long single hump hose with 2 notches at the throttle body for the AIC and bypass hose fittings. As you said (most of these) are not generic so it's almost impossible to replace them with silicone. A few years back I talked to Lucky at Hose Techiniques about making up some special hoses for C-900T's, with having all these dimensions he should be able to tell you what they do and don't have available, maybe give him a call 310-328-2800?
