I have never seen grey or silver antiseize seize up!
I will not use any such products on spark plugs as this material will always to some extent get into the cylinders. I was reading the contents or copper antiseize today: petroleum distillate (thinner), copper, calcium dioxide (lime stone), graphite(lubricant and O2 scavenger)* and oil (for lubrication during torquing). I do not want powered stone, and copper flakes in my engine. I will not use anywhere that could get into the lubrication system. On plugs I only use a moly grease. This has worked well for me for more years than I want to admit.
*Graphite is a lubricant, and under high temperatures such as exhaust manifold, O2 sensors and turbo nuts, it will sacrifice to any oxygen in a tight joint and that can protect the fastener threads.
