With the factory SPS software it is pretty hard to swap calibrations. So the dealers don't mess up. Stock SW change: It can be done but not really worth the trouble. You have to change the vin and mess with radio / cdc marriage etc. Probably take at least an hour.

Consider your car being an Aero now upgrade specs wise. The only thing will be if you kept the little LPT cast pipe to the turbo inlet it will be a bit of a restriction on stage 2 and closer to a problem with a stage 3.
The info collected on the ECU order form gives Nordic the info needed to make a special calibration file for your car.
