the stock chip will just do it verry erly like at 3200RPM at 5V on the AMM
this made it nesessary to have a nasty rich spot at that point in order to prevent leanout higher in the RPMs
with my S1 100% will happen mabey 1000RPM later
if I tried to keep DC% down below 90% your car would run crazy lean with those injectors as they are verry small
so the larger the flow capacity of the injector the lower I can make the DC% to achieve the same AF ratio
I was never realy concerned with when it hit 100% just so long as the AF stayed fairly level
I noticed on the revised stage2 chip for the 431 injectors that it happened at about 5500RPM & I could tell because that was the rich spot (about 10.8:1 & then it tapered leaner up to 7000RPM to like 11.5:1 if I remember corectly.
this happened with the values at those adresses higher then the spot at full load 5500RPM being higher so I knew I couldent turn them on any more
I now have a chip which runs 42lb hour injectors on 2.2 LH :-) so this one may not hit 100% or if it does it dosent till like 6500RPM
