I think it's "best" to talk with the tuners like Jak; Nick at GS and anyone who can help at SQR; the maptun guys-maybe get a hold of Kevin Y since he has their ecu modded to high heaven.
You have a great foundation with all the mods you have done. Now it's just a matter of talking with the tuners and searching this and other boards on what has worked best for them. I'm at the same place you are (for the most part) I have done all suspension, exhaust.... but now I'm in the market for an ecu. If Jak is coming out my way then I will go with him and have him tune ecu on a dyno or on the street. If he does not make it out this way in a couple months then I'll have to way my options.
