If you are going to drag, the best thing to do is put in a two-stage boost setup and advance your timing a bit. You will get better throttle response and torque in the lower gears and all the boost you need later when you want it. Most 1/4 milers have the second stage set up to a manual boost solenoid with a switch in the cockpit. Just like hitting the bottle. A rising-rate fuel pressure regulator is a must. Advancing timing will reduce top-end but the idea is to get down the quarter mile quickly. The guy with the most HP isn't always the fastest. Be prepared for a lot of tweeking.
Your worst enemy off the line in a turbo is torque. If you spool up beyond 9lbs before launch you have to dump the clutch to keep it from burning. This usually causes wheel spin and in some cases a busted drivetrain. You'll have to dump the cluch in second and third ususlly as well or that smell wont be tire rubber burning. Naturally this hammers the crap out of the drivetrain. You'll want to go with solid urethane motor mounts as well to keep from spitting your engine out on the track. Then there's the larger 9000 clutch, the stiff suspension you'll need, etc, etc...
This of course is if you're serious about it. Stiffining everything up for the quarter mile doesn't make for a very enjoyable road car. Which all Saabs naturally are. The quarter mile is best suited for cars that don't do anything well but go fast in a straight line. ;-)
