For my C900 FMIC project we got an eBay intercooler similar to this one:

# = 8064144111

And are making up our own tubes from mandrel bend aluminum tubing and then having it welded together, but depending on size, this seller and others have very good deals on good sized intercoolers. The problem when we were shopping around is that most of them are too big! To get this 3" thick core to fit, I am tilting the radiator and A/C condensor back towards the clutch cover about an inch to it clears the bumper, and chopped out the backs of the headlight buckets and notched the radiator supports for the plumbing, will put up pictures when it's all done (just waiting on welding, could be this week) or e-mail me if you want to see the fitment.

You can get used Volvo or 9000 intercoolers and piece together or do your own tubing for lots less than $500 if you look around and use your imagination. Lots of people piece together intake tubing from assortments of Saab and Volvo hard pipes.
