That was the deciding factor for me when I started, I called them all and only reached one company, who is no longer in business now... I reached Jak the same day and after about 2 hours of talking, I got the same impression, this guy seems to know what he is talking about... Ordered a stage 3 from him the next day and had the ecu in about 4 days... The ability to call him just about anytime and discuss problems with your car and the sw is price-less... :-) Jak has helped me diagnose many a problem to help my car run better, everything from what plug and gap to use to checking my fuel pressure and regulator... Its working great now and I wonder how far along I would be now if I had gone with one of the other tuners? For me, the instant response and quick service was well worth it and has payed for itself 10-fold... Pick a tuner that suits you, someone you can talk to, ask questions and like previously stated, get the parts on your schedule... That is the kicker, parts where in my hand very quickly... OH yea, and they worked!!!! Good Luck, John
