my trans cooler setup is kindof like gary's except:
-used an earls in line filter primarily for particulates (its a wash and reuse metal screen filter)
-i used earls heat exchangers and slightly modified the stock oil cooler housings to make them fit right, better design and more efficient than stock ones, also changed engine oil side to have everything the same)
-used 8 Am lines to maximize tilton pump efficiency
plumbed return line into the side plate where the trans oil dipstick is
also plumbed a trans oil temp gauge sender into the rear plate
-mounted tilton oil pump on a plate where battery used to be
so gary you feel vibration from the pump? did your's come with the rubber bushings on the mounting plate?
ill be starting my car tonight for the first time in 2 years!!!
i doubt SOC is in the cards cuz i dont have much time to tune and do the little things i need to to make it run right, maybe saturday night ill make it up for a few chats and a sunday cruise through the mountains.
