Here is my story:

I have a 95 9000 CS that I have upgraded to a stage 3. I am still running the T25 turbo and stock plumbing and intercooler. In the morning when I start my 30 minute drive to work (outside air temp is about 65 – 70 F deg) the car is a power house! : ) I am getting around 23 lbs of boost peak/acceleration and settles down to about 20 lbs. By the time I am almost to work the boost is peaking at around 13 lbs peak and 10 lbs average running. When I got out of the car this morning I pooped open the hood and felt the delivery pipe it was hot to the touch, I could not hold my hand on it. The intake side, as expected, was cool to the touch. When I Drive home after work the outside air temperature can be around 95 deg F and the ECU will reduce my boost to around 10 lbs boost for both peak boost and normal running boost. Keep in mind this is not the hottest time of the year. Sometimes it can get to 110 degs around here. : (

So here are my questions:
Does all this sound about right?
Should the delivery pipe be that hot in the morning?
Should I change out my stock intercooler and put in a high flow more efficient intercooler?
Will changing the pressure side plumbing help any of this?
Is the only answer to add an AquaMist system?
