I am not positive, but do have a t7 9-5 head and it has larger intake inlets on the head than my t5 head. You might have to port match the intake side to get good flow from the intake manifold to head. Conversion is only crank-shaft, rods and pistons, you could just transfer the crank, rods and pistons from 9k motor and have a 2.3. This is my future plans for my 2.0 t5 motor, build a 2.3 torque monster out of it :-) Good Luck, John
