My point is simply 140 cc greater volume (that most tuners would kill for) with stock APC etc. These are all Saab blocks, each with there own inherent faults no matter how we prop them up!
What I mentioned was I already have a lowered compression 2.1 that has run 30,000k at 14psi (no apc). This was achieved with meticulous machining of the head. To place a 2.1 into a stock 900T (with apc) I would prefer to lower the compression by way of 2.1 pistons being machined same as stock turbo piston crown, obviously this will be more economic than one offs.
So I just asked how thick was the metal on the crown of the two types? just thought someone on this forum might have that info.
Cheers
