Probably somewhere around full red boost w/o rpm boost taper.
I've got most of the above except RRFPR vice 3.0 and using stock exhaust system and stock air cleaner canister and old 'Stage One' GP6 APC.
AFAIK the wastegate upgrade is backordered a lot, and it's essentially a constant 18psi wastegate...no more base boost (OEM was set at 5.5 and difficult to modulate above 8-10psi, essentially clamped down on wastegate). Since mine already hits the tweeked cutout around 18psi or near full red, I'm extrapolating to yours.
Point is that at these high boost levels, some people would argue that more efficiencies are needed to keep mass flow up rather than just boosting...things to keep fuel flowing (I did put on larger injectors from SD or SPG9, forget who) and boosted airflow temps down. Maybe a diffo or hybrid turbo is in my future.....
