if the values in that map are left alone the guage will go no higher I can make the needle go into the red with the boost being the same on T7 cars, it dosent really mean anything
frank is a good tuner just get a real boost guage on it that is the best way to tell
base boost is set higher to keep the WG from blowing open under higher requested boost levels because the pre turbine exhaust pressure can easily double the boost pressure
higher spring tension is needed to keep it from blowing open before requested pressure is achieved :-)
