Proper plugs for Nordic Stg 3

Hey all,
I have a 2002 9-3 SE with standard Nordic Stage 3 from Nick at GS, that is coming due for 90K service. I am using the straight up stock plugs from the last time I changed at 60K. I have read in the past there might be a different NGK plug that is more appropriate for tuned engines. What is this plug? And appropriate gap? Thanks in advance.
