IF you add a piggy back system you will probably have close to $1K in a descnet one plus my guess is T7 wouldn't be to happy.
Stand alone isn't cheap either. IF you go with a well built ECU like Autronic, Haltec, Motec you will have $1500-2,000+ in the ECU itself. Then you will need ignition stuff & if you pay someone to install it $2-3K is pretty easy to spend.
Thus..... do what others state by getting the harware you want & either drive that with a stock ECU or get a new one. Then if you want a larger turbo install that & get a reflash. I beleive all tuners will give a greatly reduced price on the 2nd reflash & it will save a LOT of money/headaches by using the stock ECU.
The only way I would do standalone is if you want to be able to tune it yourself & not rely on one of the several tuners.
