Yes, I am having similar problems but I have LH2.4. The 431s were installed first, and the idle problems did not appear. Then with the chip installed, the idle has been crazy ever since. I can't get it to idle under 1K and sometimes it has a mind of it's own up to 1500RPM. We have chased all of the possible weak points, and now waiting for another AIC. I got 36MPG on one run over 140 miles, but when I drive in town and use the pedal, it is a hog! 100 miles on a half tank. I am now a full member of the Hi Idle Club.
