Hey Richard,

Glad to see that you didn't give up and got the turbo and all of its fittings up and running. Good stuff!

As for driving a big horse power Saab - you can do it. At the moment, I am driving a custom tuned 1995 9000 CSE from SQR that runs about 375 bhp at the crank. I absolutely love it as a daily driver! And I am not the only one with power. There are others on this board with much more power - Jak Stoll runs about 440 bhp in his 1998 900 turbo with JSP software; Daveship (I believe that is his name on the performance bb) runs almost 500 bhp out of his customed tuned 9-5 from SQR; there is another guy (sorry.. name slips my mind) that runs low 400's out of his viggen; Yankton, who sold his 1996 NG900 that ran about 480bhp with Maptun software; and others as well (sorry guys... don't remember all the high powered tuned guys here) When it comes to driving a powerful Saab, you just have to use your head and pick your spots. And yes... sometimes you have to back off and put your ego in your pocket. Nonetheless, driving a high powered Saab is very doable - just stayed focused on the road and your car and you'll do just fine!
