we built several V8 vegas 400+HP
we installed subframe conectors (roll cages) on all of them because one of the first ones done there broke the windshield & poped the passenger door open durring a launch
the car was basically wrecked
front wheel drive cars are a tad diferent as you arent grabing each end of the car & twisting it & oposite directions but stiffening does help anyway
Id look into poly dogbone bushings
