Hope all's well and sorry to hear about your cylinder head!
It might be a better option to find a good used cylinder head since this could be less problematic in the long run. Using a warped cylinder head would require machine work which would increase compression ratio as well as retard valve timing upon installation. Camshaft bore alignment may also be altered/off with any warped cylinder head and casting cracks are very common to the warped 16V aluminum castings.
The Aero cylinder head was identical to any of the other 1994-1997 9000 turbo and you should have some luck in finding a good used cylinder head from any salvage yard or aution site.
