Thanks Guys, their have been progress today and i finaly got boost. A- I got a hold of SD and as usual Gary was so helpful and took his time to answer all my questions.
He spent almost an hour with me on the phone and he made sure all my questions were fully answered. The Reason SD was closed last week or was not able to answer all their calls is because Gary has been recovering from an accident. Gladly he doing better now :).
B- Instead of messing around with the vacum mod, I was advised to set the timing to 15* and to increase base boost to or close to 10psi. Gary said that I could shorten the waste gate actuator too about 10 psi, instead I ended up placing a helper spring that took base boost to about 8.5 psi.
I took the car for a drive yes it is now holding about 18psi in most cases , and sometimes with very slow minimal fluctuation between 18-20 but no biggy. I am happier Now it is so true that "BOOST = :)".

In the mean time doing so today made me understand more about the relation between timing and boost. So now I have picked up an additional AID that I will be sending for modifying, once I get it back I will install it and set the timing as advised to 18*-20* and report.

One thing I have to mention is that when I set the timing to 15 and drove the car the boost climbing seemed a little smoother and torque on the other hand?? felt a little softer which I believe is better for the tranny.... any comment?

Thanks gain Dave , Drew, Chaz and every one.

BOOST = :)
