I just got pulled over while i was doing 47 in a 40. I did immediately pull over cause i knew i was speeding and just thought the officer would give me a warning. - (if i'm doing something wrong i fully admit to it) - to my surprise, the cop said i was doing 84 in a 40 YES, EIGHTY FOUR! I couldn't believe how wrong he was. He was using accutrak which is controlled by the officer clicking a stop watch twice while you pass over white lines. - So there is room for human error... and i'm in the appeal state of the ticket.- Bummer for me, but my advice is to take it to court and do everything you can to prove it wasn't you speeding. The color of the car being wrong is a technicallity that should win you the case, but if the judge see's you are making an effort to prove your innocense, they are much more likally to dismiss the charge or lower the charges. - Good luck with it.
