Check the post below on w/m injection. Check out snowperformance.net
I run their stage 2 system with variable flow injector controller. It allows you tell the w/m system when to turn on say 8psi of boost and when to reach full injectioni rate, say 18psi of boost. It will then give a linear flow between the two set-points so you have the right mixture all the way up in the rpm band.
50% power comes from the cooler denser air charge and 50% power from being able to advance the timing and take advantage of the higher octane level the methonal provides in the combustion chamber. Some claim as high as 116-120 octane. This allows increases in timing.
The newer trionic ecus would require a tuner to do that for you and Jak Stoll has been doing a great job on my set-up and we have found a lot more power with my w/m injection system. Earlier models use different methods with the distributor and apc module. Good Luck,
John
