Yea, that makes sense, I have obd1 and only 1 o2 sensor that is not heated. Its been a while sine I hooked it up, but I thought the cable goes from my innovate 02 sensor to my stand-alone kit, placed in foam in from of battery close to o2 sensor in dp and then the cable and wires go through the fire-wall and the power and ground lines go to the fuse panel and ground and then the other wires go to the gage. I would have to pull out the instructions to remember exactly how it was wired up.
My kit has been working great for about 2 years now. Good Luck,
John
