is it possible to tweak the APC in my 91 9000T like you would in say, any c900 turbo... im just a little bit too cheap to spend 300 dollars on a modded APC box at this point.
and, if i were to purchase the JSP stg2 LH2.4 chip, that supports around 265 whp.... would it hurt the car too much to run with a td04 15t instead of the modified 18t.. is the difference in turbo size enough to drasticly richen the Air fuel mixture across the board to the point of losing good amounts of power?
also, i have recently built 3 inch catback exaust for my 91 9kt, with a summit race cat and Turbo style chambered muffler... the sound restrictions in my state are 95 DB, my car does 110 db at idle and at 3800 rpm the turbo muffling the sound drops it down to 105 db. can anyone reccomend a muffler that will bring me back to the legal limits. i dont believe i can stuff a resonator in there at the moment due to my intrax springs. i know i should have went with magnaflow, but there not cheap and i thought i could get away with this, but aparently lewiston PD didnt share my opinion and a132 dollar fine later i have decided to try something different.
TIA
JP
