Well some years ago I was a semi-regular in here. Did some work on my 9-3 and some autocross.. Then life kicks in and I have a couple of kids and my car turns in to the family car and I'm driving the old honda. Well after the second kid we decide that the saab is just to small so we pickup a larger car and now the saab is all mine again.
So time to pickup where I left off, but it seems like there a lot of new stuff going on, new people and new tuners.
So I'm wondering if some of you can check my specs out and make some suggestions. I'm not going to race anymore, but i don't mind making this a bit of a project car and truing to get it a little quicker.
1999 9-3 with 130K miles (gulp)
I've done
Shocks and springs
ss brake lines
rear swaybar
Steering brace
viggin IC
manual boost controller
K&N
larger intake hole in air box
port and polish throttle body 90
viggin (remus) catback.
So what is the next logical step? This would still need to be a daily driver, but just a funner one.
I recall my last plans were for a 3 cat and downpipe, and then finally an ECU. Anything else i should be considering for a reasonably faster car? All I really need is to be able to dust my buddy who has a stock viggin.
