It does sound VERY DI.... Regardless of how new it is, worth a swap over test just in case. Plug gap shouldnt affect off boost running that much.
I use BCR8ES plugs with my Maptun Stage5 and it's just a touch rougher when cold but seems to 'sing' better under load. If you are on 7's then you'll be fine.
Check the engine Air temp sensor on the intake delivery pipe. If it's original then it could be out of tolerance. Not enough for an error but enough to mess things up. I put a new one on last year and the car is way smoother now.
Also check the coolant temp sensor under the inlet manifold - that can lead to the choke staying on too long. How old is the lambda? Is it a proper bosch one?
Can't think of anything else off hand but for our age of cars a full sensor refresh is well worth it if you can take the hit. Unless it's a major failure you can have a dodgy one that doesnt give a dashboard error.
