From the day I ordered it to cpmpleteing the install, took 8 days. I was amazed that Abbott Racing air mailed the unit and I received it in 5 days. It took me all day to install, a lot of the time was spent grinding/filing the aluminum case to get the bugger to go in. Originally I had 0.024 shims on the left and 0.028 on the right with 0.008 back lash. When done I ended up with 0.020 left and 0.030 on right to get back to 0.008 back lash and 0.008 preload of the diff side bearings. I think it was an easy install due to not being too far of oem setup. I took it for a 15 mile drive last night and no more spinning in third gear and no more feeling the left and right front wheels fighting each other for traction. I didn't get to test it much more due to road conditions here in NY.
