Where's Boost-o? It's like "Where's Waldo", but different. Please help me find my boost. It was fading and my turbo was sounding like a siren, so I replaced the turbo with a 70k mile turbo out of a running 900. There really wasn't much improvement and the boost continued to fade. Now I have no boost. There's base-boost, the system seems to pressurize, but the boost doesn't follow the engine at all from 2500rpm and beyond. I can remove the BOV and feel a large volume of air being moved.

Please let me know of the things I've surely missed. A list of the things I've checked and found to be A-OK:
DI cassette swapped with known-good
MAP sensor swapped with known-good
BOV swapped with many different known-good
BPC swapped with known good
Turbo swapped with known good
Waste-gate actuator swapped with known good
Actuator arm adjusted short, long
Spark plugs changed from perfectly good 7's to stock 6's
Rear O2 sensor replaced\spliced with universal Bosch 4-wire
Capped off ends of intake system, pressurized, blew paint can across garage: no leaks
Swapped performance ECU for stock ECU: no codes, no CEL
Different gas, different places
New Walbro fuel pump
New fuel filter
Waste-gate actuator hose removed
BPC un-plugged
Intake manifold air temp sensor swapped with known good
Checked static timing
None of the above had any affect on the distinct lack of boost. A Tech2 claimed to sense knock. I have absolutely no problem with the engine other than the lack of boost. Much research indicates that the spark plugs do the knock sensing in this application, and I've changed those out, among other things. The Tech2 saw a very minor glitch, a very short, jagged blip on the rear o2 sensor's oscillation: it's been replaced with new. Neither the performance ECU or the stock ECU are throwing any CEL or codes.
Please let me know the things I've missed, I'm getting a little desperado here.
