My husband and I recently bought a 2002 Saab 9-3 hatchback with 67,000 miles on it. A few days after we bought it we noticed that it began to shake whenever we put it in reverse (it's an automatic). Gradually the shaking became more violent and also started happening when the car was in drive, immediately before it came to a stop. The car shows no codes when this is happening, the check engine light does not come on. The only thing that slightly moves is the turbo indicator, which slightly shakes up and down.

Since we bought it under an extended warranty, we've had it looked at four separate times. The mechanic has replaced the air box, tension pulley and belt, but the shaking has always reappeared once we drive the car home. The car is back in the shop, but with our warranty coming to an end next week we are desperate to figure the problem out since the mechanics seem to have no clue what's going on.

Any thoughts???
