My problem is getting worse!

My problem is getting worse! Now it cuts out around 20-21psi. It boots about 2 or 3 psi lower in all gears and the power seems to not be as strong at the same boost pressure. I have also noticed some surging in the lower boost rage. My narrow band A/F ratio gage seems to be reading richer than it ever has in the past when under boost. At about 7psi, it seems to jump up in richness from what I am use to seeing on the gage.
I was able to reseal the vacuum canister lid. The car idles smoother now, it stays at about 850rpm. However, I do not think the running rich is related to the vacuum canister leak. The leak was VARY small.
I tried switching to the old coil (with the MSD 6BTM sill installed) it made not difference. I also removed and inspected all the hoses on the pressure side of the turbo. They all looked fine with no cracks or damage. The intercooler may be leaking at the seem where the plastic meets the core when the pressure is high.
Is there a way to check the intercooler under high pressure without buying any special tools. I have an air compressor.
Does anybody have any other theories?
Thanks
Brandon
